• Worldia’s PCBN and PCD inserts consist mainly of two product portfolios: Custom Series and MANANOVA Series. The Custom Series delivers tailor-made tool solutions designed according to customers’ workpieces and cutting conditions to meet personalized demands.   In 2026, Worldia expands the MANANOVA portfolio to fulfill diverse machining requirements: newly added chip-breaker and wiper PCBN turning inserts for efficient chip control and high-quality surface finishing respectively. The FMP-BE milling cutter bodies are available in a full range of common diameters, matched with Grade M and Grade H PCD milling inserts to satisfy varying precision requirements from roughing to finishing.

Solution Analysis

• The customer manufactures a wide variety of workpieces in small batch sizes and was dissatisfied with the service life of existing tools. Adopting Worldia MANANOVA products with fast delivery, the insert tool life is improved by 25% compared with the original tools.
• The workpiece material is hardened steel with 0.05 mm machining allowance for continuous turning of Φ12 inner bore. According to cutting conditions, Worldia MANANOVA PCBN turning insert with MHN20C grade is selected, balancing wear resistance and toughness. Equipped with standardized cutting edge and C3 coating, the insert achieves enhanced wear resistance and superior machining quality.
• Developed to satisfy mainstream customer demands, Worldia MANANOVA Series serves as an essential complement to custom tools. It supports rapid tool selection and short lead time for medium and small-batch production. The series helps customers cut tool inventory and manufacturing costs and facilitates global procurement.
